Introduction

Madhurima Basu, currently working as an Assistant Professor of Strategy at School of Business Management, SVKM’s NMIMS – Hyderabad, has submitted his PhD Thesis at Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K) in June, 2024. She has completed her MBA in Finance from IISWBM Kolkata and has a corporate experience with ICICI Bank post MBA. She has published book chapters, journal article and has presented her research work in several reputed national as well as international conferences.
