Mr. Prithivi Raj

Mr. Prithivi Raj is a Lawyer turned Academician. He is currently serving as Assistant Professor of Law in SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) [Deemed-to-be-University], Hyderabad Campus. He had more than seven years of experience in practicing Advocacy in the field of Writ Jurisdictional Matters, Transport (Route Permit) litigations, Criminal Trial, Civil Trial, Family Court Litigations, and Land Acquisition Matters before the Court of Law. He has published research papers in International and National Journals which are indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, UGC-CARE, Google Scholar, and Science indexing. He has authored and co-authored several reference books published on various platforms. He has also presented several research papers at International and National Conferences and Seminars. He is also serving as the Editor-in-Chief for the Indian Journal of Law, Polity and Administration.
