Dr. Deepti Pathak is working as an Associate Professor at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Hyderabad. She is a Certified Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (PPA)-Human Job Analysis (HJA) and EI Assessor, UGC-NET qualified and has received her Doctorate in HR from the Kumaun University. She is a post graduate in Human Resource Management and Psychology (Counseling). She has more than eleven years of teaching experience and two years of corporate experience in the field of OB and HR. Her research work has been published in reputed refereed journals from SAGE, Inderscience, Vision (MDI), Abhigyaan (FORE), Drishtikon (Symbiosis), The Case Centre, AJMR, ARASH and the like.

Dr. Deepti Pathak has conducted more than 20 training programs for various public and private sector organizations like IGL, IOCL, OBC, SBI, Military Engineering Organization, Paharpur Industries, and Bureau of Parliamentary Studies and Training (Lok Sabha) in the areas of Mentoring, Team-building, Personal effectiveness, Conflict management, Emotional Intelligence, and Stress management.
