- She
is a PhD ,M Phil ,MBA along with a Diploma in Software Technology (DST)
and ECOM with AMERICAN COUNSIL ON EDUCATION certification.
- Has
a total of 17+ years of experience in Academic Training ,Teaching and
Instruction along with a very brief experience in Sales . She is actively
involved in different areas of teaching, including curriculum development,
student career development ,Mentoring and live projects- Design and
Implementation.
- Teaches
courses like Marketing Management, Sales Management, Sales And
Distribution, International Marketing ,Services Marketing, Consumer
Behaviour,Retail Management, Corporate Communication, Advertising
Management, Brand Management, Product and Pricing Decisions, Marketing Planning ,Strategic Marketing
Management for the U.G (BBA,BFI,Integrated MBA) and PG (MBA,Integrated
MBA) students .
- Was
earlier associated with Business Schools like ICFAI,AMITY,MAGNUS,Indian
Retail School,United World of Business Ethames Graduate School
(Pearson-EdExcel) etc.
- Had
been the Lead Faculty Member-Domain Expert , ALL INDIA workshop topper and
Batch Domain Topper in FDW’s - on Consumer Behavior .Been Facilitator-Chair
and Convener of numerous Faculty Development Workshops,(@ICFAI)
- As a
Research guide, has guided around 500 projects which include industry
assignments from companies like March Consultancy,Bharathi Airtel,The
Hindu ,Coromandel Fertilizers ,March Consultancy,HDFC SLIC,Reliance Money,
Encore Cements,HCL InfoSystems,Everest Plywood and Veneers, Tata
Teleservices,Pages-The Retail Book Store,ICICI Securities, The South
Indian Bank,Aurobindo Pharma,Birla SunLife,Dabur,Dr. Reddy’s to name a few.
- Has
been adjudged as Best Faculty Guide A.P East Region – Summer Internship Program 2006 and 07 consecutively along with
INCAS Awardee for the same.
- On
the Industry-Academia interface,is an Active participant in various
Management Development Programs for Indian Post,National Power Grid and
the State Bank of India to name a few.
- Is a
Reviewer /Consulting Editor on the panel of various journals like
FIIB,Sage etc since 2012.
- Has
Been Actively involved in development of Intellectual Capital , Authored
and Published 12 Articles(7-International) ,15 research papers(8
-International),1 *case and 2 Exhibits ,having attended 5 International
Seminars and 3 National seminars. The most recent being 2 publications
in peer reviewed UGC listed
journals.
- At
NMIMS,she spear headed the course
"CRM” at the campus in tandem with Salesforce.com.She Manages and
Maintains the Portfolio of the
Campus Alumni Relations as Department In charge,is the Cultural Committee
Head at campus as Faculty In charge and takes care of the Campus’s
Marketing Club as Head .
