First year courses are compulsory for all students. Second year contains a list of compulsory and elective courses. Electives are offered in Finance / Marketing / Operations & IT / HR / Analytics/ Strategy & General Management specializations. Students can choose to specialize only in one elective or take courses from multiple specializations across trimester 4,5,6. Program comprises of mandatory four-week winter internship (We-care: Social outreach with NGOs) and two months of summer internship (to be physically carried out in company premises).
